RK 1.2, including its source code, documentation, design, syntax, and associated materials, is proprietary software owned by Jet Arndt.

1. Ownership
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the copyright holder.

2. Restrictions
No person may copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit RK 1.2 without prior written permission from the copyright holder, except where applicable law prohibits such restrictions.

3. Source code
The source code is confidential and may not be disclosed or distributed without written authorization.

4. Usage
